Currently I'm getting over a super bad sickness. I'm not sure what it is but I can honestly say I don't remember the last time I have felt so horrible. My symptoms included a headache, nausea, fatigue, cough, stuffy nose, and worst of all, achy knees and lower back. The aching was so bad I haven't been able to sleep much and when I do get close to sleeping I get woken up either by being incredibly cold or incredibly hot. I had a teriyaki tempeh bowl from Zephyr this afternoon. Usually I have the zucchini and tempeh sandwich but I decided to go with the tempeh bowl since I haven't had one in about 6 months. It was pretty great.
I've spent most of my day sterilizing everything I'm going to be using for the suspension I'm doing on Tuesday. Shay Bredimus has an art show on January 8th and wants to paint a suspension for one of his pieces. Lilli will be suspending, I'm really excited to see how it comes out.

I started this morning off with pizza then rode my bike 12 miles to the Outer Limits in Anaheim.
It's been a pretty slow day here so far. I did however read an interesting article about double-gloving in the medical industry, more specifically during surgery. For those of you who don't know, "double-gloving" means wearing two pairs of gloves instead of one. The article mentioned why and when gloves are most likely to fail. I spent my morning hanging out with one of my wonderful roommates, Mike Dimas. Then, after a quick shower, I rode my bike down to the shop (and almost got hit by at least 3 cars) where I spent the rest of my day. I'm still here actually, but we close in twenty minutes! After that I'm headed home to watch the new episode of The Office and enjoy some vegan pizza!

Like the one from Jurassic Park or Wild Arms (a video game for the original Play Station) and of course, the theme for Metal Gear Solid is a classic.
Jennette and I watched Schindler's List last night. She had never seen it before and I hadn't seen it for several years. I had forgotten most of what happened outside of the general story line. What an intense movie. It's so troubling to know that the Holocaust didn't happen very long ago.

Here's the first draft of the autoclave postcard I'm working on for the shop. I plan on making a few minor changes here and there but for the most part I'm happy with it's appearance. I still have to finish the other side which will address jewelry quality.
